I am currently doing my PhD in chemistry working on metal hydrides for hydrogen storage. As part of my honours and masters degrees, I dutied as a chemistry tutor for undergraduate students. This rewarding experience gave me better understanding of analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and physical chemistry for University and college students. Furthermore, I am able to teach physical science at high school level.

This subject is my area of expertise as I have majored in chemistry for my undergraduate studies at University of Limpopo in 2015 with an average of 70%. I then registered honours in chemistry in 2016, where I tutored undergraduate students. In addition to this, I was also selected to be Supplemental Instruction Leader for a chemistry first year module as it was selected to be amongst the difficult modules at the university. My average mark for honours in chemistry was 68%. I further registered masters in chemistry in 2017, where I continued to offer tutoring lessons up until 2019. My masters mark was 84%. Currently, I am doing my PhD in chemistry at the University of Western Cape.
