In my matric year, I was entering the year having never achieved higher than 65% for accounting. My teacher said to me that he will help me get a distinction by the end of the year, or otherwise he will retire. Lo and behold, I ended the year with 87%, and my teacher got to keep his job! From that moment in my life, I was absolutely hooked on accounting and anything finance related, and I made a promise to myself that I would help other kids out there to do the same as what I did.
